1. ORDERS
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. FOF Worldwide reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect customer information.
Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information, including shipping address, size, color, and quantity, before completing checkout.
2. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
FOF Worldwide accepts the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
FOF Worldwide reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors at any time.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed according to the processing time listed on the product page or at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of FOF Worldwide’s control.
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, FOF Worldwide is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customers should review our return policy before placing an order.
Eligible items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without required tags may not qualify for a return or exchange.
Certain items may be final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact FOF Worldwide as soon as possible after delivery.
Customers may be required to provide photographs or other information so the issue can be reviewed.
FOF Worldwide will determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing the claim.
6. SALE & FINAL-SALE ITEMS
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or FOF Worldwide sends the wrong item.
Discount codes and promotional offers may have additional terms and restrictions.

FOF Worldwide makes every effort to display product colors, measurements, descriptions, and images accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.
Slight variations in measurements, placement, color, or appearance may occur.

FOF Worldwide is not responsible for sizing issues caused by a customer selecting the incorrect size.
